Die Befragung wird dann an den Rechenschaftskreis der F\u00fchrungskraft verteilt, der in der Regel 5 bis 6 Mitarbeiter umfasst, die von der F\u00fchrungskraft aufgrund ihrer F\u00e4higkeit, ehrliches Feedback zu geben, selbst ausgew\u00e4hlt wurden. Diese Bewerter bewerten den aktuellen Leistungsstand der F\u00fchrungskraft im Zielbereich sowie bestimmte bei positiven und negativen Verhaltensweisen im Zusammenhang mit diesem Ziel. Die Bewerter k\u00f6nnen auch relevante Kommentare \u00fcber den Weg der F\u00fchrungskraft zum angestrebten Ziel und die damit verbundenen Verhaltensweisen abgeben.
