Unity Academy is a community of transformation and a master school for Unity-informed Integral practice\u2014a way of leading, coaching, and consulting that incudes, but moves beyond, the Creative level into an embodied Integral way of being rooted in Unity.<\/p>\n
Drawing from the confluence of spiritual wisdom, quantum science, and developmental psychology, the Academy integrates diverse disciplines including energetic healing, Aikido, global wisdom traditions, quantum science, adult development, and shadow healing. This powerful synthesis reflects a globally emergent paradigm of human evolution and leadership.<\/p>\n
Through time-tested and refined embodied practice, participants cultivate the meta-capacities essential for transformative coaching, consulting, and leadership\u2014higher purpose, intuition, energetic mastery, shadow integration, deep dialogue, transformative presence, and the ability to catalyze systemic change. This truth is subtle and easily dismissed as impractical, yet it is profoundly powerful. I (Bob Anderson) have been exploring this for years, and the deeper I go, the more \u201cmagic\u201d unfolds in coaching sessions, workshops, and critical meetings.<\/p>\n
Recently, during a workshop demonstration, I witnessed a participant completely transform one of the core self-limiting structures of his life. The entire process unfolded in less than 20 minutes. I employed a simple method to get things started, but then the magic happened. I simply witnessed in full presence as the process unfolded. He later shared that his whole life would change as a result.<\/p>\n
The more light I embody\u2014the more undefended, wholehearted, and radiantly present I become\u2014the more transformation naturally occurs. These moments are some of the most treasured of my life, because I realize I am not \u201cdoing\u201d anything. Life is living me. My role is simply to offer less resistance. As this unfolds, the depth and impact of my work expand exponentially.<\/p>\n
This is the path of mastery\u2014one often overlooked and dismissed as impractical, yet available to coaches, consultants, and leaders as they move from a Creative level of practice into an Integral one. More specifically, Unity-Informed Integral Practice<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”50″][vc_custom_heading text=”A Universe of Energy and Light” font_container=”tag:h3|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes” css=””][divider line_type=”No Line”][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]The universe (one-verse) is not what it appears to be\u2014it is a resonating informational field, in-forming form, what we call matter. And that field, as Niels Bohr states, presumes consciousness\u2014 that consciousness is woven into the fabric of reality itself. David Bohm described the implicate order\u2014a unified field of meaning and intelligence that gives rise to the manifest world. Einstein noted that there is no matter, only energy vibrating at frequencies lowered enough to be perceptible to our senses.<\/p>\n
In the new physics, your body is not solid matter\u2014it is a field. It is an informational pattern of energy, cohered from higher octaves of the Unified Field. Higher frequencies inform and organize lower frequencies, giving rise to the forms we recognize as our bodies. Within this field, nothing is separate. It is a unified whole. We are not apart from it, but expressions of it\u2014extensions of the same conscious field that gives rise to all things. This field is not partial; it is whole and complete. It is holographic: the whole, all information, is present in every part. Therefore, we are not separate from one another. The non-dual mystical and indigenous traditions affirm this: we are not merely physical bodies but patterns of light and energy emerging from and as one consciousness. The whole is present in every one of us. This is a powerful introduction to a radically different way of being, coaching and leading in a fragmented, disruptive world.<\/p>\n
I tell you that no matter where you are in your journey, you will benefit tremendously from this workshop, both personally and professionally. At 60+ years old, with a clinical psychology and a coaching background, this has been the richest development initiative I have undertaken!<\/p>\n
The facilitators were a lovely blend of genius, experience, and masters of this work.<\/p>\n
It was one of the most unique learning experiences I have had.<\/p>\n
This was powerful, beyond what I had imagined would be possible in a 3-day workshop. There are possibilities living in me now that will change the course of what’s ahead.<\/p>\n
I experienced presence in a way that I never had before and didn’t even know was possible. What I discovered was the ability to tap into a field of energy and make a very strong connection with someone in the moment. Really incredible, and if I hadn’t experienced it multiple times during the course of the three days, I wouldn’t fully believe it was possible. And I now know I can tap into it at any time.<\/p>\n

Arguably the most powerful learning experience I have had in many years. The instructors, easily counted among the best in the world, presented concepts that are confronting and transformational. This program hits squarely in the deepest regions of the body. I left with a vital new understanding of the \u201cfield\u201d, the vastness of resources available to each of us, and a profoundly brave and new way of working with myself and with my clients.<\/p>\n
The combination of knowledge from quantum physics combined with deep personal work on trauma and blockages enabled truly profound changes\u2014a still very rare outcome in leadership coaching. It was also very touching to see how the field of participants finally became aware of the deep collective traumas that everyone carries within.<\/p>\n

This is not a workshop. It is an immersive experience into the collective field of healing leaders and activating a new way forward. It is a portal for deeper coaching, expanded strategy, and profound impact. The use of aikido as an instrument into the body and the field is beautiful and brilliant.<\/p>\n
What an unforgettable experience! I’m not sure if workshop is the right term for it. For me the experience evades categorization and that is part of what made it so great. I am hungry for more!<\/p>\n
I loved how learning about the leading edge of quantum physics became palpable as we directly connected into it and felt the subtle energies in our bodies. By experiencing and practicing the work, we became more aware and sensitive to what is going on for our clients.<\/p>\n

A truly transformational experience. To be honest, very powerful, intense, deeply and truly awakening. Prior to this workshop, I wasn’t aware of many of my emotions and that collective trauma lives in me. It facilitated a deep understanding of personal, generational, and collective trauma and demonstrated how touching this field can help us unify ourselves towards a higher purpose. Some of the experiences I had, for lack of better words, I can only describe as spiritual: the transcendent\u00a0experience<\/em>\u00a0of unity and the void\u2014simultaneously experiencing my being and my body as the complete emptiness of the void and the fullness of Unity. \u00a0Other experiences opened the capacity for feeling a depth of emotion that I have yearned for. \u00a0Experiencing the depths of despair and grief has put me in touch with a connection to life and aliveness (words are inadequate) that is rich, full, and affirming.\u00a0 I am on fire with the integration.<\/p>\n
The depth and breadth of its impact on my daily experience continues to grow. \u00a0Interactions with friends, family, and clients have all had moments where the space that opened and the depth of the interaction was new and surprising. For example, I met with an executive client on Tuesday. After designing with him a new way for us to be with each other while coaching, I settled in and coached primarily from an embodied state and spent little to no time in the client\u2019s narrative. What a shift! The outcome was different, and we agreed to keep coaching in that way.<\/p>\n
Elegant. The way in which this workshop synthesized so much wisdom and integrated it to make it all accessible was an incredible gift. The blending of science and spirit, head and heart, body and soul gave words to pieces of me I could feel yet couldn\u2019t name or readily access. - These workshops will be supported with pre-workshop and post-workshop virtual sessions. Some virtual sessions will include guest appearances from other thought leaders.<\/li>\n
