Aunque cada vez hay m\u00e1s mujeres en puestos de liderazgo, todav\u00eda enfrentan numerosos  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/succeedsmart.com\/blog\/10-biggest-challenges-women-leaders-face-ways-to-overcome-them\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">desaf\u00edos<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Exploraremos estos obst\u00e1culos para entenderlos mejor y desarrollar estrategias que permitan superarlos.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":279}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 aria-level=\"2\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Liderazgo femenino: una cronolog\u00eda de avances y logros<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134245418\":true,\"134245529\":true,\"201341983\":0,\"335559738\":160,\"335559739\":80,\"335559740\":279}\"> <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En las \u00faltimas dos d\u00e9cadas, las mujeres han ido ocupando cada vez m\u00e1s puestos de liderazgo ejecutivo, logrando avances significativos y ampliando su influencia. En 2014,  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iedp.com\/articles\/leadership-journeys-mary-barra\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Mary Barra<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> rompi\u00f3 el techo de cristal al convertirse en la primera mujer en dirigir una gran empresa automotriz, General Motors. Otras pioneras, como  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pelosi.house.gov\/biography\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Nancy Pelosi<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, primera mujer en presidir la C\u00e1mara de Representantes de Estados Unidos, junto con las primeras mujeres directoras generales de CEOs of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.ibm.com\/former-CEOs?item=31825\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">IBM<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshistory.org\/education-resources\/biographies\/indra-nooyi\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">PepsiCo<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, y <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fisher.osu.edu\/blogs\/leadreadtoday\/a-brief-history-female-fortune-500-ceos\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">otras compa\u00f1\u00edas<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, han marcado un nuevo precedente: no solo se trata de nombrar a mujeres para cargos de autoridad, sino de garantizar que sobresalgan en ellos.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":279}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Las estad\u00edsticas de 2020 revelaron que aproximadamente el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/corpgov.law.harvard.edu\/2024\/01\/05\/underrepresentation-of-women-ceos\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">8,2% de las empresas del S&amp;P 500<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> cuentan con mujeres directoras generales, un aumento significativo respecto al menos del 3 % registrado en 2010. Estereotipos de g\u00e9nero arraigados, pr\u00e1cticas excluyentes y un apoyo insuficiente para conciliar la vida laboral y personal son algunos de los obst\u00e1culos continuos que enfrentan las mujeres l\u00edderes. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":279}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/leanin.org\/women-in-the-workplace\/2020\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">estudio de 2020 realizado por LeanIn.Org<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> revel\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n en las oportunidades de ascenso para las mujeres. Por cada 100 hombres ascendidos a puestos directivos, solo 85 mujeres lograron lo mismo en 2020, frente a las 93 mujeres registradas en 2016. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":279}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cuestiones cr\u00edticas como la desigualdad salarial, los prejuicios culturales y la falta de oportunidades para establecer redes de contacto o conseguir patrocinadores contribuyen a que la representaci\u00f3n femenina en puestos de liderazgo y alta direcci\u00f3n siga siendo desproporcionadamente baja en los principales sectores.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":279}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 aria-level=\"2\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Medidas para apoyar a las mujeres l\u00edderes<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134245418\":true,\"134245529\":true,\"201341983\":0,\"335559738\":160,\"335559739\":80,\"335559740\":279}\"> <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Las estrategias organizativas efectivas para respaldar a las mujeres l\u00edderes son clave para superar estos retos. Para reducir las disparidades de g\u00e9nero en el liderazgo, se necesitan  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/surgo.co.za\/building-a-game-changing-gender-responsive-talent-management-strategy\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">pol\u00edticas de gesti\u00f3n del talento <\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">que integren la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y cuenten con programas de igualdad de oportunidades. Los equipos de recursos humanos deben priorizar la diversidad de g\u00e9nero en la contrataci\u00f3n de personal directivo. Procesos de selecci\u00f3n ciegos, opciones de trabajo flexibles, estructuras salariales transparentes y pol\u00edticas de tolerancia cero frente   <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eeoc.gov\/harassment\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">al acoso laboral<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> contribuyen a fomentar una cultura m\u00e1s inclusiva.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":279}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Las pol\u00edticas gubernamentales que aseguran igualdad de oportunidades en la contrataci\u00f3n, diversidad obligatoria en los consejos de administraci\u00f3n y permisos familiares justos, entre otras, son herramientas poderosas para impulsar el cambio.
