No para un art\u00edculo, ni para llenar una p\u00e1gina en blanco. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me sent\u00eda triste. Le\u00eda noticias, ve\u00eda publicaciones y escuchaba conversaciones pesimistas\u2026 y todo eso me afectaba. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfTe ha pasado algo similar?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed que decid\u00ed hacer algo al respecto para esos momentos en los que quiero animarme, porque la tristeza empieza a interferir con mi optimismo, mi alegr\u00eda de vivir, mi vida y mi trabajo. Un poco de tristeza est\u00e1 bien, pero despu\u00e9s llega el momento de actuar para recuperar el equilibrio y la armon\u00eda. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Espero que esta lista tambi\u00e9n te ayude a recuperar la sonrisa y a volver a ser feliz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Escucho <\/span><b>m\u00fasica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y <\/span><b>bailo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> como si nadie me mirara. La mayor\u00eda de las veces es cierto, pero aunque alguien lo hiciera, no me importar\u00eda en lo absoluto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Camino <\/span><b>en la naturaleza<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Para m\u00ed, nada se compara con un paseo por la playa para reencontrar mi centro. Quienes disfrutan de la jardiner\u00eda o el senderismo saben lo sanador que es estar al aire libre y c\u00f3mo reordena la mente hasta <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/click.convertkit-mail.com\/5qu20lkzwc7h3gn40f6\/e0h9enm2s7hnx8pl4mh8\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuYWxpY2lhbXJvZHJpZ3Vlei5jb20vYmxvZy8yMDE5LzQvMjcvZmluZGluZy1zYWNyZWQtc3BhY2VzLWluLWV2ZXJ5ZGF5LWxpZmU=\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">encontrar la calma <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en medio del caos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Leo<\/span><b> un poema<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en lugar de las noticias para empezar y terminar el d\u00eda. Me ayuda a reflexionar sobre lo esencial y a conectar espiritualmente. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Escribo <\/span><b>en mi diario: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. observaciones, sentimientos, ideas, pensamientos o incluso relatos breves. Es mi manera de dejar fluir la creatividad, y siempre es bien recibida. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. <\/span><b>Llamo,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u00ed, llamo por tel\u00e9fono, no escribo mensajes ni correos, <\/span><b>a alguien con quien hace tiempo que no hablo.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Re\u00edmos, recordamos y compartimos historias. Siempre termino esas conversaciones agradecida de tener a esa persona en mi vida. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6. Me <\/span><b>muevo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A veces camino, practico yoga, senderismo, ciclismo, nataci\u00f3n, baile o tai chi. Mientras mi cuerpo est\u00e9 en movimiento, me reconecto y agradezco la vitalidad que nunca debe darse por sentada. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7. Sophie. <\/span><b>Mi perra<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La <\/span><b>abrazo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>juego<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con ella, <\/span><b>la mimo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Quienes tienen una mascota saben de ese amor incondicional. Cuando paso demasiado tiempo frente al ordenador, Sophie me ladra para recordarme que es hora de salir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8. Me <\/span><b>escribo una carta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Puede sonar extra\u00f1o, pero hacerlo despierta autocompasi\u00f3n y aprecio hacia m\u00ed misma. A veces lo \u00fanico que necesitamos es regalarnos un poco de amor, y esas cartas son perfectas para ello. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9. Releo <\/span><b>mis mantras y afirmaciones<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Antes pensaba que eran una tonter\u00eda, pero me di cuenta de lo contrario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10. <\/span><b>Cocino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Para m\u00ed es meditativo. El hecho de obtener un resultado tangible \u2014una comida nutritiva, unas galletas de maracuy\u00e1, pan de pl\u00e1tano con pepitas de chocolate o una barra reci\u00e9n horneada\u2014 me recuerda que, si presto atenci\u00f3n a mi cuidado personal, puedo sostenerme. Una vez m\u00e1s, gratitud. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guardo esta lista en mi tel\u00e9fono para no olvidar qu\u00e9 hacer en esos momentos de tristeza. Elijo una de estas pr\u00e1cticas y, despu\u00e9s, el mundo siempre me parece un poco m\u00e1s brillante.
