DESCRIPTION:The integration of Inner Team Dialogue (ITD) and the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) offers a fresh approach to take your LCP clients deeper\, faster into their own transformation.   \nBy using a parts-based model of vertical change\, which offers a new conception of the source of reactive patterns\, the transition between stages of development (from reactive to creative and beyond) is significantly accelerated.   \nITD is a form of parts-work designed specifically for the needs of leadership coaches and their clients. Every element\, from its terminology to its techniques\,  has been designed to make parts-based development accessible and intuitive for organizational leaders. It offers impactful\, depth coaching with the gentleness and compassion which have made parts-based frameworks such as IFS and Voice Dialogue so highly regarded.   \nInner Team Dialogue aligns seamlessly with the universal model of leadership\, offering you a model that is integrated rather than additive.  \nMASTERCLASS FORMAT \nThis 100% virtual program is conducted in six three hour sessions\, followed by a 2 hour session scheduled later to allow you time to practice with your clients\, occurs about four weeks later.   \nFridays\, 7:00am-10:00am PT / 10:00am-1:00pm ET / 16:00-19:00 CET \nMarch 6\, March 13\, March 20\, March 27\, April 10\, April 17 and May 22 (2 hour follow up session\, 7-9 PT\, 10-12 ET\, 16:00-18:00 CET).  \n* All sessions will be recorded. You’ll need to arrange with colleagues within the program to make up practice sessions. \nELIGIBILITY \nThe program is open to certified LCP practitioners who have completed formal coach training. No prior experience with parts-work is required.
