If you’ve ever started a new job, you know the feeling. That mix of nervous excitement and self-doubting confidence is a feeling that we never really get over. And for good reason! Starting a new job is hard, but, for the most part, after a little while you start to get the hang of it. You meet the right people. You build connections. You become familiar with the systems. You know your role and, hopefully, you understand the expectations of you. But it’s those brand-new first steps that are always the hardest, but they may also be the most important.

That new-job-feeling is how many of us here at Leadership Circle are feeling about LeadHub—the brand-new technology platform we have built from the ground up to serve as the hub, if you’ll excuse the pun, for all things Leadership Circle. Our vision is that LeadHub will eventually become the place where you manage projects, administer assessments, learn about new products and services and get access to all the tools you need to make your coaching business a success. Ultimately, we want LeadHub to be a one-stop-shop for all your work with Leadership Circle.

But just like with a new job, we must take our first steps into this new world with a few simple tasks. That’s why we are launching the first phase of LeadHub now to help you get familiar with how the tool works and what LeadHub will become. All of the functionality of LeadHub will be built over the coming months and years, but for now, this is an exciting step into a new era of Leadership Circle and we are so excited you are along for the ride.

To help you get started with what LeadHub will do, we’ve put together this handy (and dare I say dandy) little overview so you can become familiar with the tool prior to launch. The good news is that this first phase is not complicated but should immediately make your work with Leadership Circle more efficient and effective.

Let’s Dive In.

Key Features of LeadHub

At its core, LeadHub is a centralized platform built to simplify the way you interact with Leadership Circle’s suite of tools. Instead of navigating multiple areas of Project Center, you can now manage projects and track assessments—all in one place. Now, it’s important to note that LeadHub is not replacing Project Center. LeadHub simply brings all your projects into one, easy-to-find place so you don’t have to go clicking all over Project Center to find your different projects.

Some of the things you’ll be able to do include:

Initiate new assessments directly from your dashboard

Track participant progress and completion status

Access completed reports without searching through emails

Organizing Client Projects

LeadHub gives you a clear view of all your client projects, helping you stay on top of active assessments and coaching sessions. Think of it as the daily debrief of all your projects. When you log in to LeadHub, you will be able to:

✅ View upcoming debriefs and engagements at a glance

Filter and search for specific clients or teams

Upcoming Enhancements & What’s Next

This is just the beginning. As LeadHub evolves, we’ll be adding new features based on practitioner feedback, including enhanced reporting tools, deeper client insights, and expanded integrations. In short, we’re just starting the new job and as LeadHub becomes more experienced, it should begin to grow into the tool that will help you maximize your time with Leadership Circle.

💡 Have feedback? We want to hear from you! Your insights will help shape the future of LeadHub and help us all to evolve the conscious practice of leadership in the world.
