Aaronde Seckou Creighton is the Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) of The Leadership Circle. As CDO, he creates our strategic approach to Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (JEDI-B) and supports our community of practitioners in JEDI-B work. Additionally, Aaronde ensures we continue to do our own development within the organization in JEDI-B. He also serves as an Account Lead for our global clients, ensuring that the delivery of our services to clients meets the high expectations that the industry has come to expect from our company.
