This paradigm is founded on a new integration of the fundamental nature of reality, combining quantum sciences and the world’s spiritual and healing traditions with leadership and organizational transformation theory and practice.

The future of leadership is integral. If we are to move into this post-conventional level of leadership, we need a post-conventional interpretation (a complete rewrite) of our understanding of the nature of reality and what we are as human beings. Internationally recognized as a leading clinician, teacher, clinical researcher, and administrator, he served as professor of neurology, consultant in neurology and clinical epidemiology, and neurology division head during which time Mayo Clinic Neurology was consistently ranked No. 1 in the United States by U.S. News & World Report. Wiebers has been a visiting professor at 80 academic medical centers in 18 countries and has authored more than 370 scientific publications, six medical textbooks, and three books for the general public. In this conversation, we discuss his book, Theory of Reality: Evidence for Existence Beyond the Brain and Tools for Your Journey.
