BRITE™ Certification equips coaches, consultants, and HR professionals with a practical framework for diagnosing team dynamics, uncovering hidden obstacles, and helping teams create greater alignment, trust, and results.
Help teams see what's really driving their effectiveness—and what to do about it.
Why BRITE?
BRITE is the only comprehensive team assessment that reveals the hidden dynamics driving team effectiveness. Rather than simply measuring outcomes, BRITE helps teams understand how energy flows through the relationships, structures, and patterns that shape performance. Grounded in a Dynamic Energy Systems framework, BRITE uncovers where energy is being generated, where it is being blocked, and where focused action can create the greatest impact.
Why Teams Get Stuck
Most team assessments measure symptoms. BRITE reveals the underlying dynamics that create them.
Built on a Dynamic Energy Systems framework, BRITE helps teams understand how energy flows through five interconnected elements that drive effectiveness. Rather than simply identifying strengths and weaknesses, BRITE reveals where energy is being generated, where it is being blocked, and where targeted interventions can create the greatest impact.
