Suzanne Kietselaer

Suzanne Kietselaer is an acknowledged global specialist in adult development and executive coaching and an experienced executive coach and senior leadership facilitator, facilitating transformation with leaders, leadership teams and organizations.
She has over 15 years of experience as a facilitator and coach and she worked at various international coaching and training companies. She fulfilled a number of leadership roles herself, most recently as VP of Coaching at a Dutch-based global training and coaching firm, where she has built a coaching department of >100 coaches executing more than 15.000 hours of coaching per year

Cynthia Adams is Global President of Cornerstone. She leads our global leadership teams initiatives focused on transformational change, systems perspective, and alignment. Particularly important to her is advancing leadership Creative capacity and expression, organizational scale, and ensuring the capability to fulfill upon purpose and vision for evolving conscious leadership worldwide. Cindy combines a deep understanding of leadership development, whole systems change, adult development, and business process performance to guide outcomes that matter, engagement, adaptive capacity, and fulfillment. As a fellow traveler on the leader’s path, both personally and professionally, she is intimately familiar with the challenges that leaders face throughout their careers and the adaptive challenge inherent in meeting today’s turbulent conditions. As a coach and leadership consultant, Amy Felix-Reese brings almost 30 years of practical leadership and team system experience to her clients. She works with executives to engage a full-system approach through awareness, clarity, alignment, and conscious choice as they navigate the complexities of leadership. Aaronde Seckou Creighton

Aaronde Seckou Creighton is the Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) of The Leadership Circle. As CDO, he creates our strategic approach to Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (JEDI-B) and supports our community of practitioners in JEDI-B work. Additionally, Aaronde ensures we continue to do our own development within the organization in JEDI-B. He also serves as an Account Lead for our global clients, ensuring that the delivery of our services to clients meets the high expectations that the industry has come to expect from our company. In addition to these responsibilities, Aaronde continues to serve our clients directly as a consultant, executive coach and facilitator.
Jud Kennedy

Jud is a passionate marketing leader with unrelenting optimism. He’s honed his marketing craft at advertising agencies on Madison Avenue and technology companies on Utah’s Silicon Slopes. From big brands–Marriott, Nike, H&M, Google, and others–to startups, Jud has continually shown a keen ability to get the right message in front of the right people … at the right time.
Jud and his wife are raising three amazing little kids, and when he can scrounge up some free time, he loves to fly-fish, golf, cook (and eat!), read, play basketball, and travel.
Russ Olsen

Russ is passionate about leadership development and providing the back office support, including data analytics and business process evaluation, that helps make that happen.
Russ received his Bachelors and Masters of Accountancy degrees from Brigham Young University (BYU). While attending BYU, Russ worked as a research assistant where he studied a broad range of complex accounting topics and assisted in writing a book on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Tom Harker

Tom is deeply fascinated by the interconnections (relationships, processes, and policies) that shape
our thoughts, actions, and behavior. As a systemic thinker, he strives to interpret the efficiency of
individual processes, policies, and personalities within a system while simultaneously tracking their outward influence on/by the system.
With his systemic mindset, Tom is adept at managing the efficiency and performance of a complex channel partner strategy in the context of the firm’s overarching business objective. Spanning many countries and cultures (and time zones!), he brings a wealth of experience managing channel sales and operations globally. He brings our offerings to life for this diverse community, ensuring confidence as they incorporate our programs into their individual business strategies. His breadth of global indirect operational experience adds to his appreciation of the wider challenges of running a successful consultancy, and this in turn allows him to engage more comprehensively with strategic partners, which leads to mutual success.
Tracy Thomas-Roberts

For the past 25 years, Tracy has embarked on a personal and professional journey committed to the idea of the democratization of exceptional and inclusive leadership founded upon the principles of empathy, humility, authenticity, and mutual respect. Early in her career, Tracy worked as a Vice President for Right Management Consultants where she successfully managed global clients across the public, private and nonprofit sectors focused on providing career consulting, outplacement, executive coaching, assessment services anchored in leadership development initiatives for both the individual and the organization. This experience positioned her well for continued success at Skillsoft as a Custom e-learning Designs Solutions Architect and Consultant working strategically in support of public sector clients. Tracy then parlayed that experience into leading the Government Solutions practice at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) for over 12 years reigniting her passion into the development of customized leadership development programs, executive coaching, individual and organizational assessment services, and team effectiveness engagements. In her role at CCL, Tracy not only managed public sector clients from the civilian, military, and intelligence arenas, but she also successfully managed the leadership development initiatives of the largest defense contractors in the world, thus bringing the most innovative best practices from both the private and public sectors to her client engagements. In joining the esteemed professionals at Leadership Circle, Tracy has both realized and embraced the mission of the organization and its deep commitment to providing the tools to empower leaders to achieve their highest potential in service of inherent global unity and the upliftment of social consciousness.
Tracy holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Virginia in English and French. She continued her studies at the University of Maryland where she completed a Master’s Degree in International Management and Finance and a MBA in Global Business. Tracy is an alumnus of the Horatio Association, where she mentors and coaches disadvantaged college-bound youth across the United States. She is also a mentor in the Global Give Back Circle, a mentorship program sponsored by Microsoft, KPMG and the Clinton Global Initiative designed to empower young girls in Kenya and regularly participates alongside her children in a myriad of community service programs to include So Others Might Eat (SOME), Martha’s Table, Dress for Success and the Washington Interfaith Network in service of the underprivileged in the Washington, DC area community.
Tracy is the proud mother of three wonderful children – Tatiana, 28, Trystan, 20 and TJ, 17– who are unequivocally the apples of her eye and a very precocious, 10-year-old stepdaughter, Skylar. In addition to her passion for mentoring young girls, Tracy is a fitness instructor, die-hard sports fan, and an avid reader. In her free time, you can find Tracy ruck marching with her husband on hiking trails in the Washington, DC area, cheering tirelessly for the NY Giants, or traveling with her family to discover the most beautiful beaches around the world.
David Parks
Vice President, Client Partner
David brings a wealth of experience to helping clients implement world-class leadership development and coaching strategies. He is passionate about deploying creative and lasting approaches to leadership development that drive both behavioral and business results.
Before joining Leadership Circle, David was with Bluepoint Leadership Development and the Tom Peters Company. He has 25 years of experience in leadership development and ten years of management experience in the United Kingdom with Marks and Spencer, FFI, and Omnicom. He studied business at the University of Northumbria and has a postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) from Teesside University Business School. He completed Seth Godin’s alt MBA program in 2020 and Accelerating Coaching Excellence (ACE) with Coaching.com in 2022.
David resides with his wife and two children in Mill Valley, CA. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him riding a bike, swimming in the bay, or enjoying the beautiful trails in Marin.
Andrew Parker
VP Marketing
Andrew has built his career and his life in creativity. He holds bachelor’s degrees from BYU in Music and Computing and Information Systems along with an MBA from the University of Utah. He is an accomplished marketing leader, strategist, and digital marketing thought leader with over 25 years of experience. He has created wildly successful campaigns for the largest brands in the world, including The Walt Disney Company, Apple Computers, Target Stores, and Ann Taylor Fashion. He is also an accomplished writer with work published in the NY Times and Harvard Business Review. Andrew is an adjunct professor of Marketing at Ensign College and has created several courses for the college. He frequently writes about and speaks on digital marketing and is a 2x Adobe Revvie Award winner for his co-leadership of the Marketo User Group in Salt Lake City.
In his spare time, Andrew and his wife sing with the internationally renowned Salt Lake Vocal Artists. They also are raising four amazing kids, and on occasion, Andrew likes to read, watch Star Trek and play video games.
Michael O’Connor
VP of Global Community
Mike O’Connor is in the business of change. He brings more than 25 years of experience in supporting client organizations and has been a trusted advisor to dynamic leaders who are committed to making a difference. Mike activates leaders to create effective, impactful, and powerful business and leadership results. He is committed to and passionate about helping people realize and maximize their full potential. Throughout his career, Mike has held numerous roles, including: Training and Development Manager, Executive Coach, Instructional Designer, Team Facilitator, and Consultant and Business Development Manager. He also has more than 20 years of experience as a Senior Consultant for Development Dimensions International (DDI). At The Leadership Circle, Mike has worked with mid to senior leaders as an executive coach and developer for companies to include Leadership Circle Certification, and has been involved in the certification of more than 1000 LCP certified coaches.
Raul Delatorre
Vice President of Engineering and Data
Raul has dedicated the last 30 years to the software industry, driven by a passion for building data-intensive solutions. Throughout his career, he has focused on assisting organizations in creating innovative solutions to cope with the increasing volume of data generated by modern systems. Having worked across various industries including finance, healthcare, and manufacturing, Raul brings a diverse platform design perspective to support Leadership Circle in its endeavors.
During Raul’s spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife to tropical locations such as Bora Bora or the Hawaiian Islands. He also finds pleasure in playing competitive golf, both locally and across the country, and has even played in a tournament once in Scotland. When at home, they both enjoy spending time with family, especially their grandkids.
Barti Bubacz

I’ve been professionally involved in programming since 2003, but I’ve been interested in IT since I was a teenager. My passion is history, and historical studies are my primary education. Since 2015, I’ve been in Leadership Circle, where I’m involved in maintaining and creating Project Center and Reporting Service applications. I love working in bigger teams and learning new technologies.
Christina Rothschild
General Counsel
Christina is passionate about helping individuals and teams achieve goals through strategic planning, attention to detail, and finding creative solutions, while also maintaining a constant focus on the importance of business ethics and on the guiding principles of empathy, humility, authenticity, and mutual respect.
With over 15 years of legal experience, Christina has provided strategic guidance and leadership in a wide range of legal disciplines, including commercial law, corporate law, litigation, compliance, data privacy law, and intellectual property. Prior to joining Leadership Circle, Christina represented Fortune 500-listed institutions in financial services litigation in state and federal courts, including Bank of America, N.A.; U.S. Bank, N.A.; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; and The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. For six years, Christina was Legal Counsel for a health supplement company with operations in sixteen countries and over $20 million in annual sales. And for two years, Christina was Assistant General Counsel for a nonprofit online university serving approximately 129,000 students and 5,900 employees throughout the United States.
Christina graduated cum laude and with departmental honors from UCLA, receiving a bachelor’s degree in English with a creative writing concentration. She received a Juris Doctor degree from USC Gould School of Law, where she participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and served as Academic Chair for the Black Law Students Association.
Christina also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Richard L. Speer and drafted a judicial opinion for a § 523(a)(15) adversary proceeding published as Messenger v. Messenger, 331 B.R. 733 (Bankr. N.D. Ohio 2005).
Before attending law school, Christina worked for Nielsen Entertainment, where she provided call monitoring and quality control services for the global leader in market research, data analytics, and audience measurement.
Christina is licensed to practice law in California and Utah.
During her free time, Christina can be found having dance parties and watching Moana with her two sons, or loudly singing along with old school R&B tunes.
Lani Van Dusen
Managing Director, Research & Assessment
Lani has over 30 years of experience in designing and conducting both quantitative and qualitative assessments of organizational systems, culture, and individual performance. She works with both consultants and clients to provide meaningful and actionable information to leaders, their teams, and the organizations they serve.
At the Leadership Circle, Lani has developed and leads a global team of Analysts and I/O professionals that conduct cutting edge research and utilize best in practice evaluative and psychometric technologies to deliver, validate, and expand Leadership Circle’s assessment portfolio. Recently, her team has launched a new team assessment, BRITE, that transforms the way team effectiveness is measured.
Prior to joining the Leadership Circle full time in April 2022, Lani was the CEO of the Worldwide Institute for Research and Evaluation, a company focused on creating and implementing measurement systems and conducting both custom and large-scale research and evaluation projects. During her tenure, Lani directly managed 217 projects for government agencies, educational institutions, as well as for profit and non-profit organizations in 23 countries.
Lani holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Georgia. She has published over 300 technical reports, journal articles, and book chapters in the areas of learning, evaluation, and performance.
Lani makes her home in the mountains of northern Utah where she enjoys hiking, golfing, and cross-country skiing.

With over two decades at the helm in the high-stakes arena of corporate global product management, Nelson’s career is distinguished by industry accolades and awards, a testament to the innovative spirit he fosters in his teams.

Carolina Páez
Managing Director of Europe & LATAM
Carolina is a Leadership Development Consultant and a Master Certified Coach, committed to the evolution, transformation and effectiveness of leadership, especially in Latin America, the region she is passionate for. With more than 4.400 hours of coaching, she has had 25 years of extensive experience with executives and organizations, multinationals and middle-size companies.
She had worked with Leadership Circle as a mentor and coach to our client practitioners, to ensure they gain mastery in using the tools of the Leadership Circle in their execution of leadership development and team facilitation within our client organizations. In Latin America, Carolina has worked with leaders of companies such as: SONY, United Nations, Coca-Cola, 3M, IBM, Tetrapak, Citibank, BBVA, BNP Paribas, Roche, Colitalia, BMI, Terpel, Scherdel, Nexe, Hocol, Henkel, among others.
Carolina has ALSO been a member of Leadership Circle Faculty in Latin America as a pioneer and facilitator of the certification program, and mentor of the community of consultants of Leadership Circle in the region.
Jose Manuel Gil
Director of Business Development & Client Relationships of Europe & LATAM
For more than 20 years, José Manuel developed his professional career in the Spanish consultancy firm Nexe, which focuses on change management projects in Spain and Europe. He served multiple roles within the company, including project director, consultant, and business manager. In 2012, he moved to Mexico to help launch Nexe in Latin America, and the following year took on the additional role of director of operations for Nexe in Brazil and Argentina.
In 2018, José Manuel founded Big Thinkers with the goal of creating financial and personal prosperity in organizations through meaningful and creative leadership strategies. Through this work, he discovered a passion for working with senior managers in individual and team coaching interventions aimed and connecting leadership, purpose, and strategy. Certified in the Leadership Circle Profile in 2017, José Manuel often uses the LCP and Collective Leadership Assessment as the starting point for his work with clients.
In 2020, Big Thinkers reached an agreement with Leadership Circle to serve as an ambassor in Latin America, helping to grow the Leadership Circle practitioner community in the region.
Adelle Richards

Since the first Certification in Sydney in July 2008, it has been Adelle’s delight to have played a pivotal role in bringing The Leadership Circle and Full Circle Group to the Asia Pacific region. Adelle’s strength is in being able to move from strategy into action. Another strength is to know and understand the macro and micro operational systems in order to achieve operational excellence. What she finds deeply motivating is connecting to and being in service of the ever-growing global TLC Community of Certified Practitioners, their clients, and the FCG client base.

Gaurav Arora

Gaurav has a decade of rich experience in the professional services industry as a Facilitator, Coach, and Speaker, with a strong track record of building high-performing leadership teams. As a facilitator, he has been recognized for creating stimulating and interactive learning environments, encouraging participation and individual creativity. As an Executive Coach, he works to dismantle barriers that come up at the workplace for leaders and help them in fulfilling their intent. Sammy Njoroge

Sammy is passionate about developing leaders from the inside out. As a leadership student and researcher, he stumbled into the Leadership Circle Profile online while doing his doctoral dissertation in 2014 and immediately signed up for the certifications in South Africa (2015) and Washington DC (2016).
Sammy is very excited to have pioneered Leadership Circle in East Africa when 17 coaches were certified in 2018. He has co-facilitated certifications in Atlanta and Nairobi and is part of the TLC Global Faculty Team.

Vadik is an experienced executive coach and transformation consultant. He currently holds a role as Israel Country Director at Leadership Circle. Vadik has a special ability in helping people, teams, and organizations to move forward in their journey to evolve and be the best version of themselves. He does it with a combination of quick understanding of the current situation, building deep trust, and, without wasting time, working together to achieve well-defined goals.
Vadik Rosenblit is a licensed Clinical Psychologist, an Executive Coach, a group facilitator, and a senior Organizational Consultant. Vadik holds a BA degree with honor from Tel-Aviv University in Psychology and has also graduated his master’s in Clinical Psychology from Bar-Ilan University with honor. Vadik is a certified coach of Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching and is a certified Leadership Circle coach.

Ghida is an experienced certified executive and team coach, facilitator, trainer, and assessor. She works with immense passion and professionalism to support executives and leaders in pursuit of their personal growth, career development and leadership advancement. She has delivered over 850 registered hours of individual and team coaching.
Ghida’s purpose is to evoke transformation in individuals and teams, facilitate growth, and create people leaders at all levels of the organization. She is passionate about leveraging the wisdom, talent, and power of people and teams to manifest potential, optimize performance and create a positive transformation. Her approach involves challenging leaders and organizations beyond the limits they have defined for themselves, to achieve exceptional levels of performance.
