Using Narrative Identity Frameworks in Coaching

In Person with Steve Athey, Lauren Tenney, and Rob Sinclair

North America Workshop

Step into a transformative journey with our upcoming in-person workshop, Using Narrative Identity Frameworks in Coaching, guided by esteemed facilitators Steve Athey, Rob Sinclair, and Lauren Tenney.

In this three-day workshop you will explore narrative identity and its profound impact on leadership practice and coaching, and in your own life and practice. As a participant, you’ll experience first-hand immersion in developmental experiences involving narrative practice, experience nature-based application of the narrative approach, and receive practical guidance on the integration of a narrative identity approach with the LCP.

This workshop is an invitation to enhance your coaching proficiency by working more explicitly and deliberately with how individual stories shape a leader’s approach and effectiveness. You will learn how coaching with a narrative identity approach can quickly, deeply, and genuinely reshape leadership constraints and reveal the narratives that have influenced them, opening up new horizons of insight and creative authorship.

This immersive workshop promises not just knowledge but a profound shift in perspective, including insights about your own identity and narrative landscape, while equipping you with the tools to guide others through their own narrative exploration.

Join us for a meaningful, beautiful and heartfelt three days of practitioner deep-dive and applied learning together. We look forward to meeting you!

"I had an amazing experience at the Narrative Identity in Coaching workshop. I was eager to put it into practice, and I’ve used it as a few dozen times so far. One coachee wrote afterward: “I learned more about myself in those 90 minutes than I have in the past 10 years.” Another coachee had us both in tears by the end of the conversation. I spoke yesterday with her boss, who said she’d written to thank him for making the investment in coaching because that particular session was so meaningful to her. So thank you—this is magic! And I’m having so much fun with the process."
