Workshops and Events

Unity Academy is a community of transformation and a master practitioner school for Unity in-formed integral practice. Over the course of a year, academy participants will integrate learnings from many diverse traditions, including energetic healing, spiritual and wisdom traditions, quantum science, psychology, and shadow healing, all within the practice of leadership and organizational transformation. The academy consists of four residential workshops:

• Foundations | Oct. 22-25, 2024.
• Energetics of Embodied Presence and Dialogue | May 19-23, 2025.
• Deep Process | July 23-25, 2025.
• Application and Manifestation | Oct. 20-24, 2025.

The Unity Academy workshops are in-person. The workshops will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. except the last day which will run until 4:00 p.m. Location to be determined.

In this three-day workshop you will explore narrative identity and its profound impact on leadership practice, and coaching, as well as in your own life and practice. As a participant, you’ll experience first-hand immersion in developmental experiences involving narrative practice, experience nature-based application of the narrative approach, and receive practical guidance on the integration of a narrative identity approach with the LCP.

This immersive workshop promises not just knowledge but a profound shift in perspective, including insights about your own identity and narrative landscape, while equipping you with the tools to guide others through their own narrative exploration.
