Unity Academy is a community of transformation and a master practitioner school for Unity in-formed integral practice. Over the course of a year, academy participants will integrate learnings from many diverse traditions, including energetic healing, spiritual and wisdom traditions, quantum science, psychology, and shadow healing, all within the practice of leadership and organizational transformation. The academy consists of four residential workshops: 

• Foundations serves as an introduction to and integration of the LCP, the STAGES Assessments, and the Unity in-formed integral model that underpin the Unity Academy. Faculty are Bob Anderson, Bill Adams and Terri O’Fallon. Workshop is in-person from 24-27 March 2026.
• The Energetics of Embodied Presence and Dialogue workshop centers on expanding the human meta-capacities that allow leaders to become agents of transformation for their clients and organizations. Faculty are Bob Anderson, Bill Adams, Donna Evans Strauss, Joel Yanowitz, and John Graulton. The workshop is in-person from 22-26 June 2026.
• The Deep Process workshop builds upon the capability to be an intuitive presence and teaches coaches and consultants how to facilitate very deep process work with their clients. Faculty are Bob Anderson, Bill Adams and Donna Evans Strauss. Workshop is in-person from 22-25 September, 2026.
• Building on each of the previous workshops, Application and Manifestation goes beyond being informed by the field into practices that shape and “in-form” the field of manifestation. Faculty are Bob Anderson, Bill Adams, Chris Thorsen, and Donna Evans Strauss. The workshop is in-person from 30 November – 4 December, 2026.

The Unity Academy workshops are in-person. The workshops will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. except the last day which will run until 4:00 p.m. 

This series of workshops will be held  in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA ( 9333 N 49th St, Brown Deer, WI 53223).
