New principal will strengthen global consulting capabilities with deep expertise in leadership development and succession strategy

DRAPER, UTAH – Leadership Circle is pleased to announce that Zoe McBride has joined the global consulting team as a principal, bringing more than two decades of experience in leadership development, talent strategy, and executive coaching across Asia, including India, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, as well as the Americas, Australia, and New Zealand.
Zoe is known for her deep curiosity, global experience, and high energy, which elevates every room she enters. Prior to joining Leadership Circle, she spent 12 years at Microsoft in senior HR and talent roles—partnering with leaders and teams to strengthen culture, succession readiness, and organizational effectiveness. She’s an experienced global coach, talent architect, and strategist with expertise in organization, talent, and leadership. Zoe can connect commercial outcomes and people strategy while working with executives both individually and in teams to deliver organizational outcomes at scale. Her work is grounded in a conscious, developmental approach to leadership, helping individuals and teams navigate complexity with clarity, adaptability, and strategic influence.

In her new role, Zoe will work closely with Mark Burrell, managing director of consulting services for the Asia-Pacific region, to support and grow Leadership Circle’s APAC business, while also serving as a key lead for succession and talent management.

Born in the U.K. and having lived in Australia, Singapore, Seattle, and now the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Zoe brings a global perspective to Leadership Circle that’s been shaped by a multicultural upbringing and a life filled with movement, curiosity, and connection. She is an avid traveler and ocean lover, and keeps an active lifestyle that includes running, ocean swimming, Pilates, and Hyrox. She and her husband, Jonny, have two daughters, Lucy and Jasper, and two enthusiastic labradoodles, Georgie and Charlotte.
