When you say certification for an assessment & development tool, it doesn’t sound like something that would be described as magical, but in fact we are told it is.

Our intention in the design of all of our certifications is to create a place of learning and growth for people dedicated to developing leaders. We want them to be nourished, challenged, and grow so that they may allow the leaders they support to do the same.  In the space we hold together, whether in person or virtually, coaches, practitioners, consultants, and leaders show up and bring their whole self to this cause. They come with their experiences, their foundations, their knowledge base and their client stories to help one another understand leadership even better than before. So, it’s not surprising that it feels magical, but it still gets us every single time.

The community of practice for the Leadership Circle is a mission oriented and dedicated group of professionals that support one another in the spirit of supporting leaders.  It is a group dedicated to changing the global leadership mind from being about what leaders do to how leaders think and the ways they think that allow them to become extraordinary.  We know that right now our world requires extraordinary and highly evolved leadership to create a sustainable future and we know our community of coaches, consultants and practitioners are all in on helping the cause.

A powerful framework for enhancing leadership development and effectiveness. This three-day program is designed to help you understand, work, and effectively debrief the Leadership Circle assessment.

In this one-day experiential program, learn to use the Collective Leadership Assessment to provide senior leadership teams with feedback and insight regarding their collective impact.

Designed to increase individual and collective leadership effectiveness of teams and organizations. Scale your delivery into organizations with the complete Leadership System package.

Executive/leadership coaching experience is required for attending certification.

Completion of Leadership Circle Profile Certification is required before attending the Collective Leadership Assessment.
