Justice Equity Diversity Inclusion Belonging
The work of Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (JEDI-B) is immensely important. Over the years, we have seen sexism, racism, and xenophobia pollute our world. Each effort we make towards dismantling the systems of oppression is vastly important. If there is any circumstance when we cannot be the full expression of who we are, our inherent unity is not being embraced by all of humanity.
This work is essential to our mission as an organization, and you, our practitioners, are also essential to the fulfillment of this mission. Many of you are doing amazing work around the world in this JEDI-B space, and you are using the Leadership Circle Profile™ as a tool in those efforts. We want to hear about your experience and expertise to continue our journey in improving our collective work, learning, and getting one step closer to our inherent unity being embraced by all of humanity.
What are you learning about by using the LCP with JEDI-B work? What are the themes that you see working with dominant and marginalized groups? Are there patterns in Reactive strategies that show up more?
We want to learn more from you, the lessons you have learned from your work, and continue working towards our mission of inherent unity. Whether your work is fighting racism, sexism, or ableism; whether you are supporting transgender or neurodiverse marginalized people, we want to give your story a platform to open up more conversations within our Leadership Circle community, and encourage us to bring these conversations into our everyday lives.
We invite you to email your personal experiences to jedib@leadershipcircle.com.
