Community as a Space for Transformation
When I think of community, words like collaboration, purpose, identity, responsibility, and support immediately come to mind. Community is the space that sustains us, fuels our growth, and helps us move toward our goals. Rarely do we achieve meaningful things in isolation.
Throughout my 14 years as an Executive and Leadership Coach, I have experienced firsthand the power of belonging to a community that inspires, supports, and strengthens us. Since becoming a certified coach, I have found a tribe of people who share a common language, aligned values, and a genuine commitment to creating a positive impact in the world.
Over the course of this journey, I have lived in five different countries, and in each one, I intentionally sought out and built community. Coaching has connected me with spaces where I feel supported, understood, and welcomed—wherever I may be.
Being part of the LCP community of practitioners has given me that same sense of connection and belonging. Knowing that, no matter where I am, I can rely on a network of supportive and committed professionals is a continual source of encouragement and inspiration.
Whenever you feel disconnected from your path, your energy, or your motivation, return to your community—the place where you can be fully authentic, feel safe, and reconnect with your purpose.
