Al Douri is founder and CEO of KUN Consult, a Kuwait-based consulting and learning development firm focused on leadership development, executive coaching, organizational consulting, and talent strategy. Holding an MBA in strategic management, she brings more than two decades of experience leading strategic human resources, communications, and change initiatives across organizations in the Middle East and Europe.
Since becoming a professional coach, Al Douri has delivered more than 3,000 hours of coaching and advisory services to executives, managers, professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders across sectors including banking and finance, government, health care, real estate, retail, oil and gas, and entrepreneurship. She is a master certified coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation and holds certifications including professional certified coach (PCC) and organization and relationship systems coaching (ORSC), as well as Leadership Circle certifications in both the Leadership Circle Profile and Collective Leadership Assessment.
