We are excited to have you join us on this journey of leadership development. Between sessions, we will update this page with tips, resources, and guidance to support you during your development.
Start a Plan
A Leadership Development Plan is a structured document that captures your key insights and learning, and documents your long-term vision for development. It outlines specific next steps needed to achieve your leadership development goals. The plan also helps you articulate the One Big Thing on which you will focus, in order to advance or accelerate your development.
The plan also assists leaders in identifying Start Doing behaviors that will foster achievement of their One Big Thing and Stop Doing behaviors that are likely to impede progress on their One Big Thing unless eliminated or greatly reduced.
